As soon as a call was received, the Biotrauma Emergency Service Team was dispatched to begin the decontamination process. Protease enzymes and Virkon (hospital grade disinfectants) were utilized in order to ensure the safest results. Following the treatment, our Master Certified Technician inspected the unit from top to bottom before approving departure. A Certificate of Treatment was subsequently issued to the property manager to serve as a transfer of liability from Colonial Properties Trust to Biotrauma, Inc. concerning any post-treatment exposure incidents.
